Rental of the apartment includes the cost of gas and electricity, bed linen, table linen and towels.
All guests will find complimentary tea, coffee and simple snacks like nuts and cookies.

Meet and greet –

Arrival – The apartment will be ready for guests from 14:00 pm on the day of arrival. A member of the family will meet guests, show the apartment and provide keys for your stay. Guests are requested to contact us at least 1 week before to give an estimated time of arrival. Last check in at 21:00 will incur £10. Check in after 22:00 is not possible unless prior arrangement have been arranged with us.

Departure – Guests are required to vacate the property by 11 am (unless prior arrangements have been made with us ) on the morning of departure, leaving it in a clean and tidy condition. All breakages and damage (except fair wear and tear) should be reported directly to us and reimbursement made.

Excess cleaning will be charged for at £10 per hour.

Terms and Conditions –

An apartment is booked ONLY after a client has received an official booking confirmation.

We kindly ask the guests to inform us about any eventual delay on arrival time by phone or text msg.

A client who books an apartment accepts implicitly our terms and conditions, cancellation policy and at the same time acknowledges that the apartment meets all the requirements of a client.-

A booking process consists of a deposit for £20 per night. A balance must be paid exclusively in CASH upon the arrival.

Cancellation policy:

If the client cancels:

2months before the arrival date – 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed

1 to 2months – 30% of the deposit will be reminbursed

Less than 1 month – no refund on the deposit

For changes, 2 weeks in advance, free to change based on apartment’s availability

From Prague Airport Vaclav Havel

Taxis
Taxis are available outside the airport arrivals terminal. The journey to the hotel will cost approximately €30.

Private Airport Transfer
We can arrange transportation for you from the airport to the apartment for a very affordable price of 550 CZK or €21 for 4 persons.

Public Transportation
First buy a Metro/tram/bus ticket which costs 32 CZK at a red booth just right outside the arrival hall. Take bus number 119 from Airport to “Nadrazi Veleslavin” station. At “Nadrazi Veleslavin” station change bus for underground train (metro), line A. Go from “Nadrazi Veleslavin” station to “Museum” station and change line A for line C. Look for the exit to “vinohrady” and take the escalator up. Walk passed a tiny park and go through an underpass. (There are some pizza booths in there). Cross the track and wait for the tram at the tram stop. Take tram 11 and alight at Nuselske Schody. (Museum -> I.P. Pavlova -> Bruselska -> Pod Karlovem -> Nuselske Schody)

From train stations

From the Main Railway station: Buy a 24czk ticket. Take the metro to I.P. Pavlova station. (Hlavni Nadrazi -> Muzeum -> I.P. Pavlova) Take the last exit with the escalator. Walk towards starbucks and macdonald and turn left at Vodafone. Look for the tram stop in front of international food store. Take tram 11 from there and alight at Nuselske Schody. (.P. Pavlova -> Bruselska -> Pod Karlovem -> Nuselske Schody), My apartment is on the same side as the tram stop.

From Holesovice Railway station: Buy a 24czk ticket. Take the metro to I.P. Pavlova station. (Nadrazi Holesovice -> Vitavska ->Florenc-> Hlavni Nadrazi -> Muzeum -> I.P. Pavlova) Take the last exit with the escalator. Walk towards Starbucks and Macdonald and turn left at Vodafone. Look for the tram stop in front of international food. Take tram 11 from there and alight at Nuselske Schody. (.P. Pavlova -> Bruselska -> Pod Karlovem -> Nuselske Schody. My apartment is on the same side as the tram stop.
